How members are billed
Every accepted workspace member counts as one seat, including owners and viewers. Invitations do not count until accepted.
With monthly billing, five members cost $40 per month. With annual billing, five members cost $300 per year.
Member changes create prorated charges or credits on the next or final invoice. Billing interval changes are reviewed in the subscription portal before you confirm them.
Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Keep your work
You can cancel renewal from the customer portal. Paid access continues through the paid period.
After cancellation or reaching a limit, saved work remains readable and editable. New teams, issues and document processing use the current Free allowance. Nothing is deleted simply because a subscription ends.
